Meteor Studio’s and Verizon’s Career XRcade is a VR experience that invites students into an educational game centered around real-world STEAM careers—from cybersecurity to video game development.

jresgu contributed to the project’s creative identity by assisting with visual development, shaping game mechanics and narrative structure, and managing tasks within the 3D modeling division. He worked closely with a team of developers and designers to further elevate Career XRcade’s immersive and educational experience.

These Blender animation examples highlight how jresgu translated core concepts from the educational modules into dynamic, interactive game elements. By blending pedagogy with play, he reimagined traditional career exploration tools into immersive moments that capture attention, spark curiosity, and reinforce learning through motion and storytelling.

The left/first image showcases the Game Engine experience, where students explore different game engines and learn about the technical processes behind video game development.

The right/second image features Mobile Cybersecurity, a gamified journey where players “revive” a phone by progressing through levels that teach key cybersecurity concepts — from simple password protection and two-factor authentication to advanced encryption techniques.
